Good morning,
We are aware of an issue affecting third party integration systems getting errors when attempting to quote GAP. This error is not for all GAP quoting access, but for systems that call GAP plan lists in one specific way. Many LOS systems will not get any error from this issue, others may see full GAP failure.
We have already identified a root cause and are working towards a rapid fix.
NOTE: All clients, regardless of direct impact, will see a brief slowdown and session logout from iQQ when we are ready to deploy a fix. We will provide a followup communication notifying of the time we plan to apply this fix, so users may prepare for possible brief interruption.

Good afternoon,
Per our prior notice, we have identified cause for the issues affecting certain integrations from quoting GAP.
We have determined that impacted clients are GAP quoters using a quoting interface to iQQ from the following lending systems:
- Episys/ELA by Symitar/JackHenry
- LoanDirector by FiServ
We will be deploying the fix starting at 1:00pm ET, and projected to continue to 1:45pm ET.
ALL CLIENTS will experience system slowness and possible logout from the system during this deployment.
We understand a performance drop is undesirable, but this is to ensure our clients on affected integrations are able to resume their GAP quoting before end of day/week, as we know EOD Friday can be a peak catchup period.

Good afternoon,
The production fix has been successfully completed. Users would have seen 3-minute internals of slowness, occurring 1:00-1:03 pm ET and 1:15-1:18pm ET. All observed errors impacting the GAP plan requests over the iQQ webservice have cleared.
We apologize to our affected LOS clients for the delay, and to any inconveninced by the performance slowdown. A final RCA on the cause of the error will be attached to this incident posting once completed.
